Psychological services are not covered by the Ontario Health Insurance Plan (OHIP). However, many extended health insurance plans reimburse for all or some of the costs associated with psychological services. Fees that are not reimbursed can be claimed as a medical expense on your income tax return.   

The fee for therapy is $250 per session (50 minutes).

The Willow Centre provides a range of assessments. The fee for an assessment depends on the nature and complexity of the presenting concerns. For more information, please contact The Willow Centre directly with any questions or to book an assessment.

METHOD OF PAYMENT 

Fees are payable by credit card, cash or cheque. Credit card is the default payment. Invoices are e-mailed within 5 business days of your session.   

Clinically related telephone calls, video-calls and letters outside of treatment sessions that require more than 10 minutes will be billed at a prorated hourly rate.

CANCELLATION POLICY 

The Willow Centre maintains a 24-hour cancellation policy. We reserve the right to charge full session fees for missed appointments or late cancellations (less than 24-hour notice).
