Financial Support Pre-Screening Application

The Willow Centre Child and Family Foundation (WCCFF) was set up to assist in covering some of the fees of therapeutic services for families who are unable to access these services due to financial difficulties or the complexity of their mental health concerns. Although currently funds are limited, you are invited to fill out this form if your infant/child/adolescent requires therapeutic interventions AND your family is in need of financial support to assist in covering fees for these services.
